How we work

From market arrival to your delivery location.

Seven steps, all run by us, from two locations in Rajasthan. We describe only what we actually do.

Crates of fresh white garlic at an agricultural produce market in Rajasthan

The process

Seven steps. Fresh is a promise, and this is how we keep it.

From the first lot we look at to the truck leaving the yard. Every habit behind every lot, in order.

  1. Sourcing

Bought directly by us from the farmers around Asnawar, with our base at the Kota mandi alongside. No agents in between.

  2. Selection

Lots are bought against the sizes and volumes our customers ask for, not whatever is cheapest that day.

  3. Sorting

Damaged, undersized and off-spec produce is taken out by hand before anything is sized.

  4. Sizing

Garlic and onions are separated by bulb size in millimetres, oranges by count. Because sizes are published, repeat orders reference the same standard.

  5. Checking

Every lot is checked against the customer's requirement before packing. If you have your own quality parameters, share them and we confirm what the lot can meet. Concerns are raised before dispatch, not after.

  6. Packing

Packed in the bag type and pack size agreed for the order.

  7. Dispatch

Loaded and dispatched to the delivery location on the agreed schedule.
